This website is operated by cineAKS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to cineAKS. cineAKS offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By using our site
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use any services.
General Conditions
You must be at least 18 years old (the age of majority in New Zealand) to use this site or purchase our products.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
Products
Because many cineAKS products are handmade or individually finished, minor variations in grain, colour, texture or surface appearance are normal and not considered defects.
We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours or textures will be perfectly accurate.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) if you are purchasing as a consumer in New Zealand.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from New Zealand.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
International Orders
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:
- You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or brokerage charges.
- Refunds will not be issued for parcels returned because the recipient refused to pay import fees or did not complete customs processes.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act if you are purchasing within New Zealand.
USA customers
Due to United States de minimis import rules, we cannot ship orders over USD $800 to non-business addresses. Please split your order into smaller shipments or contact us for assistance.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information for all transactions. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us, including orders that appear to be high-risk or fraudulent.
We may require additional verification or identification before accepting an order.
Returns and Verification
Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging included. We may refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, modification, damage, or tampering.
To protect against fraud, we may use serial numbers, internal markers, or other forms of verification to confirm product authenticity.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You and cineAKS agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
