We operate out of One Tree Hill, Auckland 1061, New Zealand. Everything is made and shipped from the same address. We don't have a physical store, or a commercial warehouse - so pick up is generally not an option aside from specific circumstances (like if you know me personally and are due a cuppa, or are dropping something off for me to measure for a custom build).
